Speeding, crime, lights , potholes, breakins, services are among the items talked about to me informally...but are we missing your needed idea? Are the police responding promptly and taking care of the situation? Have you helped someone register for the emergencu preparedness special needs list for folks who have a medical or physical need at home or work that would hinder their survival? There is an emergency signup with the RI EMA< Pawtucket EMA or the Dept of Health website..

Wow- never thought about that for our dogs and a cat...the cat would survive I am sure...but our dogs are really part of the family....
