Hi Arthur and all.....At my retail shop in Providence, I just learned of a recent customer that lost everything in the Cranston flood.   He,  his wife and two children left their home under 4ft. of water and 'lost everything'.  They are currently staying with relatives.   He tells me there is much red tape to go through with FEMA and outside of waiting for the federal help - there is no where else to go.   Is this true - or are there other resources available for the flood victims?  I'm wondering - from one neighborhood to another - if there might be a way to help this family? Their children are 8 and 11.....they could use clothes, furniture - anything!
