Final Push to Enroll Parents for February - Tips for January 25-29th
The deadline for parents who lost RIte Care coverage to enroll in coverage for February has been extended to January 29th. Parents should complete the full enrollment process by January 29th so they will have coverage for February 1st. If the parent misses this deadline, she/he will have until March 31st to enroll in HealthSoure RI commercial coverage. If the parent is eligible for RIte Care, she/he can enroll at any time.
Please print the attached flyer to give to parents to tell them where to go for help on January 25 - 29. You can also email it to them electronically if you have their contact information.
There are no additional drop-in hours scheduled specifically for these parents, but HealthSource RI has general drop-in hours scheduled around the state. The complete listing can be found here.
Parents who need assistance should call HealthSource RI at 1-855-840-4774 or visit the office at 70 Royal Little Drive in Providence. The contact Center is open between 8am and 9pm Sat, Monday, Tuesday and Wed and between 12 noon and 6:00pm on Sunday. |
