You may have noticed the beautiful NEW alleys behind Plymouth Road. Your alley can be repaired too, if a petition is filed by the residents bordering the alley. A majority of the residents must sign the petition and agree to pay $50.00/year for 15 years or until you sell your house.

The new alleys are ascetically pleasing and more practical to drive on, but may increase through traffic, noise, and children riding bikes behind your house. Since children tend to play more on the new alleys, you must use extra caution when driving past one of these alleys, fast moving bikes have been known to fly out onto the road from these alleys. PLEASE WARN YOUR CHILDREN TO BE CAREFULL when entering the streets on their bikes. Also, make sure your child is wearing a helment and obeying traffic laws while bike riding.
