The conservation areas at CornerLakes are not a playground or a dirt bike track. Some neighbors might not agree but you better look at the legal side of this: The property is owned by the HOA, please check the records at the zoning dept.
Should an accident occur when children are riding their bikes in this conservation area it could be a liability issue as the HOA did not post 'no trespassing' signs.
Per the decleration of covenants this conservation area is not to be disturbed.
I suggest having those neighbors who cut down plants in an effort to turn this into a playground or off road bicycle track return the conservation area to the condition it was in before they disturbed it. Close by 16608 Corner Lake dr. feel free to inspect the damage done to the conservation area yourselves.
