Phase II Survey Labels?
The CPNA received the envelope labels from the City of Minneapolis, and the label list was unfortunately not fully up to date and accurate. Many residents have come and gone just within the past year and so we would like to apologize if you did not recieve a survey due to mislabeling or any other mistake on our part. We have already had 23 envelopes returned to us by the USPS, and we will be working to get the correct information on those labels so that every resident has an oppurtunity to voice their opinion.
