Artists have long been a strong member base of the Minneapolis community. Always willing to assist a helping hand and bring the creativity to our neighborhoods. As Minnesota winters bring the ice cold, we've been fortunate to have local artists help at the homeless shelter on Broadway Ave.
The homeless might not have been as happy this year since funds were low and community organizers had a hard time getting donations. With a shaky economy, it seems like it's almost impossible to get a helping hand these days. Thanks to our local Minneapolis Photo Center and it's artist though, we've come to appreciate the kind deeds of others, even if we don't know them.
A hug, a dollar and a good conversation can go a long way. Thanks again to the Minneapolis Photo Center for contributing to our community.
