C-2 Architectural Control
No building shall be erected, placed, or altered on any lot until construction plans and specifications and a plan showing the location of the structure have been approved by the Architectural Control Committee as to quality of workmanship and material harmony of external design with existing structures, and as to location with respect to topography and finish grade elevation. No fence or wall shall be erected, placed, or altered on any lot nearer to any street than minimum building setback line unless similarly approved.
The following information is needed by the ACC committee to determine if the project meets the above qualifications for building in Columbine West.
• Kind of structure you are planning to build
• Design plans (can be simple hand drawing showing location of structure on property).
• Size of the structure (dimensions)
• Kind of materials you plan to use
• Type of finish the structure will have? (Painted, stained, etc)
• Proposed start and finish date
