Payments have been received from all of the 2003 delinquent homeowners EXCEPT 18 people. Every way possible has been made to collect their past-due fees to avoid placing liens (as voted-on by the homeowners present at the annual meeting) against their properties. Unfortunately, 18 people chose not to pay their fair share and will be having liens placed against them for their unpaid 2003 homeowner fee. The liens will also include all costs involved in the placing of the liens as well as interest accrued on the unpaid amount.

The next step will be to collect all the unpaid 2004 fees which were due last March. If you are one of those homeowners who have not sent your 2004 dues, please do so now. They are several months past-due. Time is running out.

Remember, all these processes take time and money. Please pay so all the money the other homeowners have paid is not wasted on legal proceedings. Everyone's hard-earned money to which they have paid their dues should instead be used for the betterment of our community.
