Just wondering if members from every part of our neighborhood have noticed that the Columbus Police have been extremely diligent in stepping up patrols in our neighborhood?

Also has anyone noticed they have been sitting in strategic locations throughout our neighborhood and running radar on speeders in our neighborhood?

I have seen them myself very frequently. I have also been told by some members that they have seen officers in several locations daily.

I know personally, sometimes I get in a hurry and forget to watch the speedometer. But for the most part, I have definitely become more aware of my speed through the neighborhood and have made it a personal goal to make sure to stay at or under 25 mph.

Please send me your thoughts and comments. Do you think these patrols are working? Do you think overall speeders are aware of the officers and slowing down because of it?
