I've lived in North linden for 8+ years and have enjoyed the neighborhood. Recently my neighbor's son got a dog and now I have several piles of feces in my yard. I asked the lady to have her son clean up the mess and refrain from letting him allow this---no luck yet. Isn't there an ordinance that one MUST clean up or get fined? This is really annoying as yard work is just around the corner.

I had the horrible experience of haveing dogs barking day and night for over 20 years. It was a business that the ciy notr the county would do anything about. It was a nightmare.

She filed complaomts with the city prosecutors and had a mediation with citizens for human action which did nothing to stoop the harassment she went through. A Columbus Police Officer Marty SSchloup told her to file a nusence complaint and use his name but it still did nothing. There was a for profit business out of the house that 3 businesses used.
