It would be great that after the trash truck empties the trash can, that everyone would pickup the trash that is blown on the curb side, meaning the trash that didn't make it into the truck. This creates an unsightly mess in our neighborhood.

Follow the Trash guidelines

City of Columbus states that all trash must be bagged before putting in containers. No loose garbage should be put in the trash. This would eliminate the trash that gets blown around after trash pickup.
