Does anyone know the specifics of when it will be widened?

I know the development should be getting some sizable funds as well. What are they planning to do with it? Will dues go down or is there a project lined up. I left a message last week for a trustee and thought you all might know while I wait for an answer.

I believe the funds will be used to replace the trees we are going to lose, the fence, put back in the sprinklers, etc. I do not believe we are going to make a significant amount of money on this. I doubt if dues will go down. Monies will be spent on the attorney as well. Let us know if you here anything to the contrary.

What's the attorney going to be doing? What are the legal issues?

I do not believe the HOA would want to deal with ODOT without going through an attorney. We want to make sure we get what we deserve for the property that is being taken as well as being reimbursed for what needs to be replaced.
