Were you the original anonymous poster in this strand of posts? The original poster sure sounds like they know what they are talking about when they say to come to the next meeting and things going to be discussed.

Why would you want to plant a wwtree? they are dirty, cause problems not just for you but for your neighbors.

Is that your intention. To cause problems?

You can put in satellite dishes. I believe the deed restrictions say they cannot be seen from the front of the property and need to be a certain size.

If you drive down BB you can see two dishes from the street. They could have been located in a better postion on the property. When putting them in I Would suggest you talk to your neighbors and ask them if they mind. Tell them how you will keep them from being an eyesore. Not a big issue, but I feel you should want to do what you can to be considerate of your neighbors.

Re: common sense

Well, you're right. I guess what I meant was it goes to the Property management Co. I don't know if they contact the Trustees or not, but the point was you have to get approval.

I originated this post. I simply said, come to the next meeting, whenever it might be and get your questions answered there. You have to bring up a question for discussion, that's all.
