Target location

Target is looking to build at the southeast corner of Home and Sawmill Blvd. The corner of Sawmill Blvd and Powell will be a very nice looking retail building with I believe a huge pond. There was info on this in the local papers. Mark Pi restaurant and other small retail.

The Target Location

I believe the Target is going to be built just east of the CVS, on Seldom Seen Rd. That is WAY too close. Somebody keeps complaining about the taxes,well I don't see A Target Store cutting our taxes any.

NO that is not where the Target is proposed, it is by Home Road.
We have enough schools? What do you propose we do with 1000 new students a year? Classes of 40 in trailers? Or maybe we should ban anyone else with kids moving into Powell? Allow couples now residing in Powell one child each like China? People like you is why we need Target!!!
Vote YES on the Levy. Support our children!!!!

Location

Target is NOT going to reduce your taxes, get that through your head. If they do indeed build up by Home Rd, then I don't care one way or the other. I'm just afraid they won't be able to stop other big box retailers. People like you, is why communities are lost to retail over growth. All you care about is saving yourself a couple of pennies.
