That's right. We would be getting paid for land that will be used for the expansion, plus to rebuild the entrance walls, etc. We can't spend money, before we get it.

We have to hire an attorney to represent our interests in the negotions for the sale of the land and the reworking of the entrance and landscaping.

So then if we will be getting money to compensate for the land they are taking, the fence etc, then the playground money should be based on what we currently have. Separate from the whole Powell Rd changes.

Not to worry, my kids have outgrown ours and I would like to put something else in its place. I have decided to donate it to the residents and will be moving it on the next dark moonless night.
