Title: Update - Lot under Construction (116 Tabilore)
This is a follow up to article in our June 2007 newsletter concerning construction of home at 116 Tabilore.
The updates below are being provided based on conversations with Maronda representatives:
-Originally Maronda had said lot would be sold to a Custom builder, now the house on this lot is going to be built by Maronda. Maronda has procured a building permit to construct a ''Sunbury'' style home.
-Sidewalk at 116 Tabilore will be inaccessible during construction
-Due to the tight space on the lot because of the completed houses on each side, they will likely put the lumber delivery on the farmer lot (82 Tabilore) and pull the pieces over to the site as they use them
-Current timeline indicates that construction should be completed in 90 days (dependent on weather)
All parents are encouraged to make their children aware of the dangers that come with an active construction site within our neighborhood and encourage them to stay clear of this area. Your assistance in this area is greatly appreciated.
