Earlier last week a young boy with dark hair and of hispanic hertitage(around 14-15) was walking past my house and turning on to Commodore Road. A small group of young children riding their bikes came up behind him and he started yelling along with using extremely foul language. He accused the children of trying to run him over. The young boy's behavior, foul language, and threats were completely inappropriate. Does anyone know if their teenagers are hanging out with this young boy? Unfortunately, I did not recognize the boy and was not comfortable confronting him. My 6 yr old son and 7 yr old neighbor were outside playing and witnessed this. Has anyone had a simular experiences?
In addition, this past Saturday 10/2/10, our dog came running inside shaking and with her tail between her legs. This not normal behavior for her and I wondering if anyone saw anything. Since Saturday, she is unwilling to go outside and her behavior has not been normal.
I am really disturbed by these recent events. It is coming down to my children and animals are not safe in the yard or neighborhood.
