The HOA worked really hard to get the 10,000 per acre for everyone in the neighborhood.  The wall was an added bonus for all the hard work.  If we do not get the wall everyone still gets 10,000 per acre. No more.  If anyone wants another 300 they should get out and work for it.  All the meetings were open meetings and anyone could attend.  I went to several of the meetings and we got all the money that we possibly could.  The wall was a bonus.  Just say thank you.
