And seriously what good would this do?? you can see the concerns on here, nothing is being done, wasting money on rocks without consulting the paying homeowners, wasting money on a retainer for a attorney , You all pick and choose the homeowners you wish to come down on and it is beyond ridicolus,and many of us are done and fed up with it.
We have a pop up we bought and was in drive for a few days to do some work to it and get a letter about moving it or taking us to court? REALLY are u serious.. we bought it and was working on it for a few days.. But yet there is a travel travel thats been parked down at end by park for over a week now and no one has done jack, several homes has work vans in street, boats in drive, and campers in drive, and they are still there.. so you cannot tell me it is not a pick and choose whom you decide to go after. Some idiot hit our mailbox and drove off, you sent us a letter, we fixed it.. there is NO need to go threating us with being sued cause it was not fixed with address back on it right away.. I mailed off my dues for 2012, paid in payments due to some financial issues and other things going on in our lives, the last $60 was mailed Aug 15th.. but was returned to me saying you did not get till Sept 1 and said I now owe $100 attorney fee or be sued.. Are u kidding me.. I do beleive your power has gone to your head, I lived in the neighborhood for over 9 years and have not ever neglected paying my dues.. but instead of calling or coming to me you turn it over with no warning to a attorney for a amount due of $60, last statement received said due on receipt, NOT will be sent to collections or a actual due date.. it was sent withing a week as soon as I got paid.. once again RIDICOLUS! .. I hope KARMA comes back on you 10 times over and cant wait till the association is gone and we can enjoy our OWN homes that we pay for and damm good $$ for and no one can take money from us each year to waste on friviolus crap and tell us we cant have a lil pool in our yard or a pop up sitting in our drive for a few days.. or a work truck that someone makes their living out of parked in front of their own home. Im SOOO happy the owners with the metal roof won their case.. what a waste of our money for the attorney though that the homewners lost.. You truly make living in Copper Grove a horrible experience, and I can say this with a vast of the neighborhood in agreement!
