RENTAL RATES
(Effective as of July 2004)

All rental rates are for an 8 – hour block of time; additional hours WILL result in an overtime charge.

Sunday: $900

Monday – Thursday: $700

Friday: $1250
Saturday: $1500

Non-Profit Organization Special Rate: The rental rate for non-profit grouups is 50% of regular rental rate. Proof of non-profit 501-C3 Status is required to receive this special rate.

The non-profit rate is available Sunday–Thursday rentals only, April through December.

ABOUT US

The Solarium at Historic Scottish Rite is a beautifully-restored event facility just perfect for your next celebration, reunion or gathering. It's part of the historic Scottish Rite Children's Hospital building, located in the Oakhurst Village business area.

The Solarium at Historic Scottish Rite is operated by the Community Center of South Decatur. All rental proceeds go toward the maintenance and preservation of the building and the development of community arts and education programming.
