Crime Free Lease Addendum rule now in place

The board of directors has passed a rule requiring a Crime Free Lease Addendum be executed with every new lease/rental within Desert Crossing. The form can be found on the Desert Crossing homepage in PDF or can be obtained from the property manager - City Property.

There is no longer a rule requiring a Crime Free Lease Addendum to be used by landlords.
