Does anyone know who to contact about filing a complaint about an issue with a neighbor?

Depends on the nature of the complaint. If it is due to an illegal activity then you need to work with SAPD or Bexar County Sheriffs Dept. If not, you might try first to discuss with the neighbor. Of course if it is due to some type of violation of the restrictive covenants you can contact the neighborhood office for the HOA. |
