I purchased my home 8yrs ago and I like my neighborhood and try to do my part in keeping our neighborhood a desirable place to live. I and many of my fellow neighbors I'm sure feel the investment of money (mortgages, insurance,HOA fees),time and sweat (cutting, trimming and countless hours in the hot summer sun) beautifying our properties or simply doing our part to make and keep twelve oaks a desirable place to live, should not be over run with those who are not willing to do what everyone else who believes that it is their responsibility to keep their property in a manner in which is representative of the residents of our community. I feel that it is a privilege to live in a nice clean community and a right for its residents to expect for each neighbor to do their part. Is this expecting too much for a community with an up and running Home Owners Association? Please help please look at 18054 Wilkes Dr. backyard it is approaching jungle status.
