Problems with Neighbors:

If you have problems with neighbors
e.g. over loud music, excessive noise, parking, animals etc.
we suggest you first approach them directly. Sometimes the Board can intervene on your behalf, but generally it is not able to act as a mediator in disputes between residents. In case of illegal activities, such as disturbing the peace, vandalism, or trespassing, please call the Mesa Police (644-2211) The best way to prevent problems is to get to know your neighbors and get involved with the community!
