Continental Townhouses

How is it in the neighborhood these days? Any crime? Is it safe?

I've lived her for over a decade and never had any issues (but a neighbor or two has).  I think it has improved over the last couple years.  Illegal activity has decreased.  The management company (Gerson Realty) really sucks!  Mike, the owner, gives me the creeps.  He acts like our dues are going into his own bank accounts and won't do many repairs.  The complex looks bad, I admit, and now one of the two pools is inoperable.  Of course, they won't pay the (admitedly considerable amount of) money to fix it.  Still, the location is great.
