As I was walking at Turnbull Park last week, I noticed a man standing at his back glass sliding doors with his whole bottom half exposed and he was masterbating as he was watching me! In the park it is the house that has the gray cinderblocks and a child's motorcycle hanging in the backyard!
I called the police and they said because he was in the confins of his house there was nothing they could do!! This is very disturbing since we have little kids that play at the park!!!! Just letting people in the community know what is living here and ladies, please beware at all times!!!!
