Coomer Creek Neighborhood Association

Coomer Creek got some great press this week in the Garland Neighbors edition. Thanks to Leslie Jones for organizing the event. The firemen were very grateful for all the food we brought them. Hopefully, next year we can get more HOA's and NA's involved.

Thanking Public Safety

Thank you for noticing the article and Leslie's creation. This has been a 3 year project in honor of firefighters .
Leslie Jones brought this idea to Molie Hancock , our first president, and the tradition has only grown in scope.
CC does other public safety honors and this year a policing unit was chosen. Some of this work is done without press in order to preserve the value of 'honor ' and keep the focus on the honorees and not the NA. Leslie has coordinated the fireman's dinner and has the backing of many who provide alot of hard work and donated time. I want to thank Lelsie and all the '' cooks'' as well as David's Meat Market for their donations and dedication.
