I am your neighbor Gail. I walk every morning around 5:45 prior to heading to work for the day.
I found it strange as I walked this Wed morning I saw many coins scattered on the side walk.
Then a neighbor a few houses down told me his truck was broken into.
This same action happened to me about 3 years ago. Money was stolen from my unlocked car. I was very fortunate. Another neighbor witnessed the theft, called the police, and caught the theif as he was trying to rob more cars. I got all my money returned back to me. I had to go to court in Wilmington twice to prosocute the theif, but felt it was my duty, and was happy to do so. Now I always take my possesions into my home each night from my car, and lock all doors.
