I've found our site today and once logged on found no activity. I am going to jump in and get it started. I have been living here with my wife, Karen, and Mother-in-Law, Geri, since last July in phase 2. We are all retired and thus would be considered the ''old people'' in this neighbor-hood. I am, through this message, attempting to meet my neighbors within Copper Basin as well as discuss the problems that seem to pervade us; ie, lack of responsive warranty work, no street lights thus adding to the crime factor, etc. Hey, respond back with your opinions and let's get something started.
