Copper Creek Community

At our last Home Owners Association Annual Meeting on March 25, 2004 we elected our Board Members for the 2nd time....We also talked about the weeds... This topic was the talk of the meeting, and is being resolved, you might say we are getting to the root of the problem....we did talk about other topics, but I think the weeds took over.... Lets all get involved with our community, come to the next HomeOwners Associaton Meeting...Also a Block Watch is getting started and we'd like to have more members...We are trying to get at least one captain per street... Our next Block Watch meeting will be Wednesday April 28, 2004 at 6:30pm, whereabouts will come later, also HomeOwners Assocation Meeting, date will be in quarterly bill... Dennis

I'd like to welcome the new board members and I look forward to the positive changes needed in 2004. The management and landscaping companies are ''being reviewed'' until the end of June where alternates will be utilized if the current contractors don't step up to the plate...

A community clean-up day has been scheduled by Copper Creek Block Watch to help with any trash, weeds and/or graffiti that needs to be removed. See the Community Calendar section for details, ok?

Finally, we're building a strong Block Watch membership base to ensure our neighborhood is unattractive to criminals. Please attend the next meeting and volunteer your spare time for something that benefits everyone.
