Our family moved into the community in June 2015. Since we moved here we have been disturbed on many, many occasions by our neighbors barking dog. This happens at all times of the day and night. At one point we knocked on his door at 2am and asked him to please take his dog in. It happens quite often between the hours of 7:00pm and 9am. Hours when our young Grandson or we are sleeping. It would be a bit different if the owners would attend to it and do whatever is necessary to quiet it when he barks, but this sometimes goes on for hours.
We continue to have this repeated experience and when we knock on the door no one answers. Mant times I think the dog is left outside, unattended when they are not home. Isn't this against HOA rules?
Can you help us in this matter or direct us to someone who can? This situation is very disturbing.
