Corman's Crossing Neighborhood Watch

The empty house beside mine is a mess. The yard hasn't been mowed in about a month, it is starting to look run down. I know this is killing the value of my house. I have called Harold on several occasions and nothing is being done. Besides that two houses up from there looks like a project house. Crap all in the yard, hardly ever mowed, wrecked cars sitting all around. Nothing is being done. I bring my boat home about three times a year to clean it, and I get a letter in the mail from the homeowners assoc. I mean really, three times a year compared to the crap I have to live beside.

Has the issue been resolved yet about the house next door?  How do you feel about the neighborhood in whole?  Is it safe, friendly, and growing?  I really appreciate your input.
