New Cottonwood Home Owners Association Editor

Hi Folks,

I have applied for and was granted to be the new Cottonwood Home Owners Assoction editor. I am one of the original Cottonwood home owners since the community was devleoped in 1981-1982 by various home builders. I will be posting the entire Cottonwood Home Assocation covenants. It is imprtant to note that the Homeowners Association for Cottonwood is not actively managed by anyone. How ever the covenants may be enforced by the HOA or any individual home owner.
