Cottonwood Subdivision Homeowners Association

 We were just reading a bunch of these comments regarding the Water Treatment Reclamation Facility, and they all talk about the horrible smell. The last posting I saw was on Aug 2007. I was wondering if anyone has heard of any changes regarding this, or if you have noticed that the smell has subsided. Also, can you please let us know what part of Cottonwood you live? We are going to go and close on a house in Cottonwood tomorrow, and now, am very nervous about the smell changing the feel of the neighborhood. It looks like a super cute area, especially with the park right there, but I am very concerned about this. Please help.
