We have blanket insurance in cottonwood Creek. If you have an insurance claim, please call Andy Cobb at 634 8807.

Editor?’s Note: Small items not covered by our insurance would be paid for if we had outside maintenance. The sooner we get those outside maintenance letters signed and mailed in, the better off we will be in getting small roof repairs, etc. done without additional cost to the homeowner.
The clubhouse rental contacts are Barbara Dinkel 522 1717, or Toni Hupp 534 0369. The rate is $25 plus $125 returnable deposit. Requests to rent the clubhouse for friends who are nonresidents have to be denied. According to the Cottonwood Creek Rules, only residents of Cottonwood Creek may rent the clubhouse and only for private parties. No commercial use is allowed. The capacity of the clubhouse, posted by the Fire Inspector, is 50 persons.

In order to comply with the Cottonwood Creek HOA Covenants, please call a member of the Architectural Review Committee to obtain a permit before making ANY additions, repairs, or alterations to THE OUTSIDE of your unit.

Your Real Estate agent must get permission from the ARC before placing ?“open house?” signs.
