Country Forest/Jackson Meadows Neighbors

We have been residents in the neighborhood for over 4 years,
and we strive to maintain a neat
yard, and so do most other residents
on Glen Canyon - but we are
puzzled why there is such neglect
of fences and lack of lawn maintenance in our service alleys.

Don't we drive in the alleys almost
as often as we drive on the streets?

What can be done to correct this
problem?

Fences -Quality Fence Work?

Replacing old fences is soooo expensive. We'd like to replace our fence running along the alley but the bids have been very expensive--too rich for our budget right now.

We did our (north) side yard ourselves last year. It's VERY hard work. We'll never do another fence ourselves.

I'm wondering if anyone knows of someone who'd do a quality job at a lower cost (because they have lower overhead).
