Country Hollow Association fees HAVE BEEN INCREASED FROM $13 per month to $13.50 per month. Since we pay quarterly, $40.50 will be due January 1, 2002 -- then again April 1, July 1 and October 1. To avoid the hassel you can pay $162 in January for the whole year.

Our Management Company sends a letter the month before quarterly fees are due with a payment form printed at the bottom. It is the responsibility of each home owner to pay the fees before the end of the due month or to pay a late fee of $10. Please identify your payment with your name and lot number and send it to: OSSELAER MANAGEMENT COMPANY located at 532 E Maryland, Suite F, Phoenix AZ 85012.

Accounts that are sixty days or more in arrears are sent to Transworld Systems Inc. for collection. The cost of this collection activity is charged to the delinquent homeowner. Your Board of Directors takes no pleasure in assessing late fees or in sending your account to a collection company.
