An agreement between Arvada and Westminster states that the preferred alignment for the Northwest Parkway lies to the east of Rocky Flats, somewhere between Simms and Indiana, and south of Rocky Flats to connect to State Highway 93 somewhere in the vicinity of its intersection with State Highway 72.
