So Boulder doesn't like BF?? So why does the article say this??
"The $54 million includes more than $37 million for new buildings and expansion of old ones along with land costs for the city and county. Another $13 million will be used for start-up expenses, to set up a debt service reserve and cover the costs of issuing financial documents.
Council members approved issuing $54 million in Certificates Of Participation, which act as a mortgage on the new and expanded city and county buildings. The city pays $3.9 million annually for 30 years to holders of the certificates to gain ownership of the buildings."
So if they are wrong, can we "assume" that you are part of the CC?? How else would you know that these figures are incorrect??

And I ask again WHY?? What difference does it make who Br. Anon is. I trust this person and I'm not sure why you don't. He has more credible information than you do. He doesn't go around calling people names, etc. as you do. How do WE know that you are who you say you are?? It works both ways John and frankly, I don't think you can play the "ethical" way.

I want to know why my city council misled the public by changing 'consider' to 'pursue' in their propoganda on the advisory vote results.
I want to know why the council run CBLG opened the account with $11,000 and no reporting of the donor. WHO THE HELL GAVE THAT MONEY?
If the citizens of our great city wanted the county so badly, why the hell were there lobbyists workin the state? WHO PAID THEM?
Explain to me, why the council's actions to take the county issue to state, why those agenda items were not listed. WHY HIDE WHAT YOU WERE DOING IN THE CITY MANAGER's REPORT?
WHY WAS THE COUNCIL EVEN INVOLVED IF PLAIN EVERYDAY CITIZENS WANTED THE COUNTY?
Post the dates and time of the public meetings the council held fully informing your citizens of what you were doing?
One last Q: How the HELL do you get away with paying for votes? Did my tax dollars pay for the votes? Where did THAT MONEY COME FROM? Citizens DO NOT WANT the NorthWest Parkway and you don't pay any respect.
This Broomfield Anonymous guy is not paranoid. He posts questions people of Broomfield want answered.
Your accusations of paranoia are old John. Obvious to me you are dodging the questions. Answer them.
