What's your take on the Broomfield election results? Is Berens the better choice for Mayor in your opinion? Were you surprised by the results (I think I was.... but only because of that "video of the faxing" thing). Will Berens as a mayor make the transition to county less or more smooth than it would have been with Cooper on "the watch". Are you happy with your new council members?

In Westy, I was very happy with the CC results - the EXACT 3 i wanted (Moss, Atchison, Hicks).

I did not feel the same about our Mayorial pick.

No, I do not know the exact time of day? I am not sure why you are requesting it. But I do know that Boulder County residents were becoming upset that Boulder County was not openly opposing BF County. I know that one person spoke with Paul Danish, BC Comm., and he said he opposed but would not say anything to the public about it, and would not give a reason why. Then this October memorandum and IGA came to light, by then things were just kinda falling apart with the press.

I would rather have had Cooper because BF needs a change. I think Beren's mind is in the right place, but he does not appear to agressively protect open space if that makes since. He is kind of one minded, and a bit dictorial, but he is also dedicated to the City. I know many people did not vote for either one, because they did not like either candidate.

Gee BBW, I would love to see what open space acquisitions are underway, I would love to see the list! Of course you will not be including anything that runs within 300 feet of any major highways or roads, because I would not consider these areas as acceptable.

I was VERY glad got in there myself!! As for Butch and Herb, well, i didn't vote for either of them and Heil winning?? GAG!!! Sorry, that woman just doesn't take the Westy citizens seriously, kind of like Bill!! LOL!! But for starters I'm certainly glad the mill levy passed, i was getting a tad nervous at 10 pm last night!!!
