Peak Plan 2030 Preliminary Information

Hi Rick,

I have attached the information on the times open to the public to come in and talk to staff and our consultants, Land Design. I have also attached a draft of the document that gives a snapshot of where the Town is today.

This document should be finalized shortly and up on the website hopefully by the end of the week.

The community open house on March 6 is an opportunity for staff and the consultants to get comments and feedback from the public - we will have some very rough drafts of concept plans based on information gathered from the advisory committee, stakeholders, and the known current/ future conditions.

On March 7, there are two times that the public is welcome to come in as staff and the consultants work to put together concept plans. Those concept plans will be refined and brought back out for the public to review in May.

I hope you will join us at one of the sessions. If you are unable to attend, please feel free to send us your comments by e-mail. I hope you will encourage your neighbors and anyone else you know may be interested to attend.
