Upon leaving for work this morning I noticed a white 4 door late 90's, maybe a plymouth, car parked across the street from my house. I went in to put the dog up and when I came out it was parked in my neighbor's driveway with flashers on. I pulled down to the 4-way and waited for them to pull out. They came back past me and parked at the far end of my other neighbor's house and walked up to the side of the house and then down the fence line towards the other neighbor. I noticed there were no markings on the car or on the person. It was a black male wearing a blue long sleeve buton up and khaki pants. I turned around to see where he went next and he had skipped several houses including the Lawler's (who had contruction people out front) and went into davieshire Cv, a couple houses down on the right.
I did not approach him, but I did call Mlgw to make sure it was not one of thier field techs (It wasn't) and then I called the Bartlett Police. They said they would send someone immediately. Just keeping ya'll informed.
