We need to get a list together to turn in to the environmental court for Judge Potter. I have one to turn in near Dunn that the neighbors tell me has been vacant for over a year and is in terrible shape. They said an out of town investor bought it with the intention of renting it but instead has let it fall in to disrepair.
I am sick of seeing these people buy up houses and then letting them sit as an unkept eyesore that brings the property values down in the entire area.
You should also note any rental houses that are rented by more people than the house can hold. I may be wrong but 8 people in a 900sq feet house is TOO MANY!
