The area Covenants (one for each of the 3 areas within Rustic Hills Acres) are being combined into one set, applying to all 3 areas.
While the restrictions are being kept comparable but less restrictive, changing mostly to more in line with City Codes, there has been extensive work done by Rick Hoover, president; Gary Fornander, who had been the VP, and myself.
The most recent draft of the revision has been approved, by the Board of Directors, to go to the attorney. Once a draft has been blessed by the attorney, it will again be reviewed by the Board.
When ready, it will go to the community for review. If there are no suggested changes that the Board deems rise to the level of going through the process, again, to make the changes, votes will be gathered. Assistance in this process could valuable.
