As an association member paying my monthly dues, I am unhappy about the potholes on our streets. Who do I take this up with, the association or the city? I also notice that trash bins and recycle bins sit out for days after the trash is picked up and they end up all over the road. Both of these issues make our neighborhood look "trashy". I just know this is not what I signed up for when I purchased my home.

I also notice that trash bins and recycle bins sit out for days after the trash is picked up and they end up all over the road. Both of these issues make our neighborhood look "trashy". I just know this is not what I signed up for when I purchased my home.
You contact the city for both problems. Currently our HOA has 16 streets on the repair list with the city.
