Residents can call the automated toll free number, 1-(888) 434-9844, to report a streetlight outage. Be sure to know the actual serial number posted on the streetlight before calling. Wait until the recording is done for a live operator if an automated option isn't given to indicate a streetlight outage instead of your home's power being out.
