Recognition of the dedicated work of Maxine Dreyer, our club Secretary, was made when she was given the George F. Hixon Fellow Award. The plaque and pin were presented by her husband, Gerry, who had received the qward three years previous. This award was established several years ago in memory of George F. Hixon, the first president of Kiwanis International.
