the title says it all - the HOA has a responsibility to handle a great many things in the communities interest - i question WHY they have not had even 1 meeting to explain themselves to the homeowners of this community

I think we all have a right to know where our HOA fees have gone and this should be done in pretty short order.  This administation was elected by us and they owe us this at a minimum.  There was a lot of fuss at the beginning and now there is a lot of silence.  I am not trying to raise trouble, I just want to know where my money is going towards. 

you have a right to say anything you want - you are not the only one unhappy with our current HOA officers - i encourage you to choose carefully at the next election

He is absolutely right, you should always feel free to express your opinion about our neighborhood, that is why this website was established to begin with. 

I too am quite disappointed in the current HOA and the way our neighborhood has been neglected over the last year.
