If everyone would pitch in and help as a community instead of complaining, it wouldn't matter who was president or justify the need to have an association

if the elected board members of our HOA were doing their JOB - i wouldnt have to complain . they have not done a SINGLE good thing for this community in their year in office - and i for one look forward to our next election - what we need is new leadership

this is what get me - they WANTED the job - they WORKED HARD  to get it - and then they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING  for a solid year in office - it is their JOB to handle the business of this neighborhood - i suggest they step aside and let someone have it who will do good things for this community -

I completely agree with what you said.

This is a small neighborhood, I see absolutely no need for there to be a HOA at all.  We could all work together and get the very few responsibilities done without the need for an elected board.

Even more important to me right now is the fact that there is absolutely no need for all of this hostility and anger... We are all neighbors, and should act as such!
